Grantown-on-Spey Golf Club

Formed in 1890 with a nine hole course laid out by A.C. Brown. Extended to 18 holes in 1911 to a design by Willie Park of Musselburgh. In 1921, James Braid advised on improvements which remain to the present day. The clubhouse underwent a major extension and refurbishment in 1999.

Newtonmore Golf Club

The course lies along the banks of the River Spey in the heart of Monarch of the Glen country, surrounded by dramatic and beautiful Highland scenery. Playing to 6,041 yards, with a premium on keeping the ball in play. Only one par five is complemented by tight par fours and challenging par threes.

Boat of Garten Golf Club

Established in 1898 and designed by James Braid, “The Boat” is a demanding test of sporting skill and a magnificent setting for the game. The view from the clubhouse over the fairways to the Cairngorm mountains is incomparable within Scottish golf.

Craggan Golf Club & Fishing

A parkland course beside the River Spey with magnificent views of the Cairngorm mountains to the south and the Cromdale hills to the east. Easily accessible from the A95 Speyside road, one mile south of Grantown-on-Spey.

Abernethy Golf Club

A traditional Highland course built on natural moorland, surrounded by majestic pine trees. Suitable for golfers of all standards – casual visitors will cope well with the friendly layout while low handicappers will need their best short game to score well.

Kingussie Golf Club

Highland golf at its very best. Kingussie offers exceptional quality and prides its value-for-money reputation. The course lying above Kingussie offers extensive scenic views over the Cairngorms and surrounding mountains.

Carrbridge Golf Club

Superbly maintained by a dedicated greenkeeping team, offering a challenge to all levels of golfer. The nine greens change in character as the game progresses, presenting a different challenge for the back nine. Renowned for its Open competitions, with many competitors returning annually including international visitors.
