The highest distillery in the land, situated at 1,073 feet above sea level. Dalwhinnie Distillery is open all year round to visitors. Admission includes a tour and a complimentary dram of the ‘Gentle Spirit’ of the glen.
Cairngorm Brewery
Cairngorm Brewery brews some of Scotland’s finest beers. Tours are available Monday to Friday at 10:30am and 2:30pm. Phone ahead to book your place.
Edradour Distillery
Edradour Distillery has followed the exact same process of making whisky for the past 150 years, producing just 12 casks (600 litres) per week. The entire operation is done under one roof by just three people, allowing much closer control of quality, with each batch essentially made by hand.
