The range of hills on the east side of Glen Feshie forms a long gently undulating plateau which merges further east with the Moine Mhor and the higher slopes of Braeriach and Cairn Toul. At the southern end of this plateau Mullach Clach a' Bhlair rises barely 100 metres above the col at the head of Coire Garbhlach, but it has a commanding position above Glen Feshie, and is the south-western outpost of the Cairngorms.
