By Car:
From the South
Follow your route to Perth and thereafter take the A9 for approximately 80 miles until signposts
show for Aviemore. Leave the A9 as directed and follow the B9152 into Aviemore. Just before the railway station, which is on your right, turn left. This takes you onto the Aviemore Highland
Resort access road. Approximately 400 yards around this road you will see Scandinavian Village on
the left hand side.
From the North
Aviemore is well signposted. Once in Aviemore continue along the main street until you see the
Tesco supermarket on your right-hand side then the Cairngorm Hotel. Take the first right turn after
the Cairngorm Hotel. This takes you on to the Aviemore Highland Resort access road as above.
By Coach:

By Air:
The nearest airport is Inverness which is approximately 45 minutes by car.
Flights are available with the following airlines:
- British Airways from London Gatwick, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh
- BMI from London Heathrow
- Easyjet from London Gatwick, London Luton, Belfast, Bristol
- Highland Airways from Stornoway, Benbecula
- Alternatively, you can fly to Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh Airports which are all between 2 and 3 hours drive.
